In the event of war, act of nature, sickness, death, governmental restrictions or circumstances beyond the control of The Winning Minds Group, the right to revise the format of and/or reschedule any of The Winning Minds Group activities is expressly reserved by The Winning Minds Group. The Winning Minds Group is not liable for any accident or injury of any nature during, enroute to, or enroute from any Winning Minds activity. With an exchange of original ticket, received in writing, no later than 7 days after the seminar, to the attention of The Winning Minds Group Customer Service, eligibility for an option of attending another Winning Minds “Live” Seminar or credit, less $25.00 processing fee towards the purchase of product will be offered. There will be a $25.00 service charge for any returned checks. All Sales Final.
